I had a terribly difficult time trying to order from the marijuana dispensary last night.
I must have sat at the computer for a half an hour, before I finally gave up and called the shop.
I was trying to add items to the cart, but the system wouldn’t update. Everytime I hit the back button too update the cart, everything disappeared. It was incredibly frustrating and it was driving me crazy. I didn’t want to leave the house. I was trying to order for delivery and I was afraid I was going to have to go to the store anyways. When I finally gave up and contacted the store manager, she was not surprised by my complaint. She said the online order system was having problems all day. She apologized for the confusion and offered to take my order over the phone. She told me that she had a delivery driver waiting and ready to leave as soon as she was finished filling the order. The woman on the phone was extremely nice and very happy to help. She made the experience much better. I was frustrated and a little angry when I called, but I hung up the phone feeling really good about the transaction. She must have sent the driver a couple of minutes later, because the guy showed up before the stroke of the hour. The manager included a free infused pre-roll with the order, since I was having so much trouble getting my order placed online. It truly was a unique experience and one of the best transactions I’ve had with the pot shop.
