I had a terribly hard time trying to order from the marijuana dispensary last night.
I must have sat at the kindle for a half an minute, before I finally gave up & called the shop.
I was trying to add items to the cart, however the system would not update. Everytime I hit the back button too update the cart, everything disappeared. It was incredibly frustrating & it was driving me crazy. I did not want to leave the house. I was trying to order for delivery & I was afraid I was going to have to go to the store anyways. When I finally gave up & contacted the store manager, she was not surprised by my complaint. She said the online order system was having complications all day. She apologized for the confusion & gave to take my order over the iPhone. She told me that she had a delivery driver waiting & ready to leave as soon as she was finished filling the order, however the lady on the iPhone was severely nice & very gleeful to help. She made the experience much better. I was sad & a little angry when I called, despite the fact that I hung up the iPhone feeling actually great about the transaction. She must have sent the driver a couple of minutes later, because the woman showed up before the stroke of the minute. The manager included a free infused pre-roll with the order, since I was having so much trouble getting my order sited online. It entirely was a certain experience & one of the best transactions I have had with the pot shop.
