Cannabis cartridge products are dispensed under inhalation in this state

My state is slower to adopting changes than others in the nation.

Although our taxes are lower across the board, we have a lot of ridiculous permitting rules surrounding land ownership here that make it hard to have freedom.

I don’t want to build unsafe structures in my home, but I don’t want to feel like the state government is preventing me from making basic remodeling updates either. That’s particularly true when I hire certified contractors who are following the rules by the book, but then I have to wait for weeks on end while the county takes forever to get back to me. At one point I lost a critical appointment for a roof replacement and had to scramble to find a new contractor when my permit was approved by the local government. On top of that, we fumbled the opportunity to have a legal cannabis market at least several times when it was initially voted on at the ballot box. When we at last garnered enough votes to legalize medical marijuana with an amendment to our state’s constitution, I was relieved and shocked at the same time. I couldn’t overstate my joy, but I also couldn’t stop wondering what would have happened if we weren’t so lucky. There are several states bordering mine that still can’t get some form of medical marijuana law to stick, regardless of how they’ve made their attempts over the years. Once we finally had medical marijuana legal in this state, it took a few years before we had anything other than capsules and oil. First we had the chance to try cannabis vaporizer cartridges, as these are popular in a number of different states. Sadly, it took several years before we could legally purchase cannabis flower products in this state.
