My state is slower to adopting swings than others in the nation.
Although our taxes are largely lower across the board, we have a large amount of deranged permitting rules surrounding land ownership here that make it pretty hard to have freedom.
I don’t want to build unsafe structures on our property, but I don’t want to know essentially like the state government is preventing myself and others from making basic remodeling replaces either. That’s truthfully tplot when I hire certified companys who are going by the book, but then I have to wait for a nice phase of time while the county takes forever to get back to me. At a single point I lost a important appointment for a roof replacement & had to dash to find a current company when our permit was finally approved by the local government. On top of that, we fumbled the golden chance to have a legal cannabis market numerous times when it was initially voted on at the ballot box. When we at last garnered votes to legalize medical marijuana with an amendment to our state’s constitution, I was totally relieved & shocked at the same time. It was impossible to overstate our joy, but I also was unable to stop wondering what would have happened if we weren’t especially lucky. There are numerous states bordering mine that still can’t get some form of medical marijuana law to stay in place, regardless of how they’ve made their attempts over the years. Once we finally had medical marijuana legal in this state, it took numerous years before we had anything other than capsules & oil to purchase. First we had the option to try cannabis vaporizer cartridges, as these are especially popular in a number of odd states. Sadly, it took such a long while before we could legally purchase cannabis bud products in this state.
