It seems like every single state has different medical marijuana rules and regulations

There are major differences in laws from one state to the next.

  • First of all, in some states it’s legal to hunt specific animals at various times of the year but not during the off season.

Based on a number of different factors that are unique to each state, you’re not necessarily gonna see uniformity across the board when there’s deer season for bows or guns, or even turkey season. The laws on which guns are legal are going to vary depending on the state as well. In addition to all of those factors, the cost of state taxes seems to be all over the palace. While we don’t pay state taxes here, we do pay a 7% sales tax. It still feels like a heavy burden even if it’s just a small percentage of all the taxes that another person has to pay in a different state somewhere else in this large country. Another thing that seems to vary a lot from state to state are the rules and regulations for medical marijuana in the places where it is legal. In some states you can get a license as a cannabis grower while a different person gets a license as a cannabis retailer. In these states, the retailers can utilize multiple suppliers and vice versa for marijuana growers. In my state, you have to operate from seed to sale if you want a cannabis license. There is only one kind of license issued and that’s to a seed-to-sale company who grows all of their own products and then sells them in their own stores. There are a number of pros and cons to a vertically integrated cannabis industry like we have in this particular state.
