The bed and breakfast has travel tourism

After my sibling left for college, there wasn’t anyone else left in the home for my mom to care for except my dad.

They decided to retire early and sell the house.

They gave my sibling’s and I a share of the portion and proceeds from the home and then they moved across the country and did something crazy. My mom and dad purchased a bed and breakfast and turned it into a cannabis tourism spot. The bed and breakfast is located in a state with legal recreational and medical marijuana laws. My parents can allow people to smoke on the property. They can offer a variety of edibles and other cannabis infused treats. They had to go through a lot of hoops to get the licenses and permits necessary to be a cannabis based business. Because they do not legitimately sell any cannabis products, they do not have to go through the same rigorous state laws and procedures. If they decide to add a dispensary, there will be a $5,000 permit and application that needs to be filled out first. So far the supplier has been a wide success. The rooms are consistently booked up and there is a 2 month waiting list for reservations. The LGBT community seems to appreciate the place. I guess it’s due to the area where the bed and breakfast is located, then during pride month, the bed and breakfast is booked solid at the highest weekend rates available. My parents did a smart thing when they purchased the bed and breakfast and it was an even better idea to turn it into a cannabis tourism hotspot.
