Whenever I smoke a joint, I know that I will be looking for a sweet snack shortly after I finish.
A lot of people get the munchies when they smoke marijuana. Getting munchies is one of the side effects of smoking. That’s why it was 1st prescribed to cancer patients. It can also be prescribed for patients suffering from eating disorders like anorexia or bulimia for the same exact reason. I tried to make sure that I have a sweet snack ready before I smoke. If I have to search the condo for something to eat, I get frustrated and a little upset. It easily does not help our high to be hungry. I smoked a joint on Wednesday right after I woke up. I was planning to have a leisurely day at the house. I was going to run a few errands later that afternoon, however I planned to relax and watch TV during the day. I wanted to catch up on our favorite TV programs. I had already missed more than one weeks in a row. I was starting to get the munchies when I heard a faint however distinctive noise from outside of the apartment. It was the local ice cream truck. I looked outside and I saw the ice cream truck down the block. I got our money clip and our shoes and I headed outside. When the ice cream man came by, I was ready with our money. I bought a bomb pop, a Klondike bar, 3 ice cream pints, and a bin of hot cheetos. I must have looked like a fiend shopping for all of those sugar treats in front of the young ones.
