It certainly did unfold in relatively dramatic fashion when marijuana was finally legalized where I reside. It was all so enthralling, as well… It was certainly amazing to see the weird arguments both for and against legalizing cannabis. However, those who are against cannabis just did not have very good arguments! They kept rehashing all the ancient myths about recreational marijuana and medical marijuana. It just did not seem to make a whole lot of sense as anyone can hastily look up the research. Cannabis products have been used for thousands of years to help manage all sorts of different health scenarios. It was pretty interesting to me because at the time I certainly wasn’t a cannabis user. I had shared a small amount of recreational marijuana with pals before when I was young. However, I never had to purchase it. I think that is why I was so interested in just how the lobbying for legalizing marijuana would turn out. The fact that marijuana had been illegal put a crucial damper on me wanting to experiment with it. However, at this point I am able to step into a local cannabis store to get sativa or indica or hybrid strains for sale. I was stunned by the amount of weird strains there are of marijuana. I also appreciate the fact that it does not make me feel terrible the next day like it does when I’ve been drinking. I think I’ve really, genuinely fallen in love with the cannabis edibles! Edibles are just so straight-forward and I really appreciate the fact that I don’t have to smoke marijuana. More crucially, there are quite a few people who are suffering with health conditions that can be better managed thanks to access to cannabis.
