I felt so stupid and relaly old… My university teacher was older than myself and others and handling it.
I ended up taking over a former university teacher’s dispensary, however i knew him years ago in university and the people I was with and I became friends over our mutual like of cannabis, then he left the campus to become a dispensary owner. I dabbled in cannabis growing, laboring in dispensaries and getting more cannabis education… When my former teacher decided he wanted to retire, he called myself and others up. I got gave the task of being his supervisor at the dispensary. I figured it would be easy. I guess cannabis and I have managed people before. I didn’t realize that he was undoubtedly into it with software; There was payroll software, time management software and employee tracking software. There was human resource software and a 401K program for the dispensary. I was supposed to guess how to run all of these programs and gather the data. Well I might guess my cannabis but I am not undoubtedly savvy technology related. I gave it the ancient university try though. I talked to the cannabis software supplier that set everything up too. I really did try my best to understand everything. It was a scrub though. I felt so stupid and relaly old… My university teacher was older than myself and others and handling it. I couldn’t though. I felt really terrible but I had to tell the guy all of that stuff was beyond my capability. I ended up just being a normal budtender for him while someone else managed the store. It killed myself and others to say no to all that money becasue I was too stupid to figure out dispensary software.
