As manager, I have to order modern marijuana products each week, if the people I was with and I run out of products that our clients prefer, then the people I was with and I will lose their corporation to another competitor, but there are many local marijuana dispensaries that offer the same deals, savings, & products.
Both of us have clients that are local & the people I was with and I make sure to rotate deals everyday to attract as numerous clients as possible! One of the things that I like about this unique marijuana dispensary is the inventory software. The software helps me keep track of all sales & inventory… Every time a product is bought, the inventory is automatically substituted in the system. Both of us keep all of our inventory in the back of the store. If a buyer orders online, the people I was with and I can’t see the items until the people I was with and I physically view the order inside of the dispensary. The software keeps track of purchases & automatically substitutes online when something is out of stock. Even if a buyer is in the middle of a purchase, there will still be an alert that the item is now out of stock & the buyer will be prompted to make another selection. Both of us are 1 of the only marijuana dispensaries in the area that have live substitute trackers on all of our products. The inventory that a buyer sees online is directly what the inventory is inside of our store.
