I was supposed to be entirely completed with work at the pot shop at 6:00 p.m. on Friday plus I had plans to meet my girlfriend at a restaurant that wasn’t too far away. She finished laboring at 5:00 plus she was waiting for me to be done with everything at work so the two of us could adore a nice supper together before going back to our property. My girlfriend texted me at approximately 6:15 plus I was still laboring at the pot shop. I told my boss that I was supposed to meet my girlfriend at the restaurant, but he was not interested in letting me go to be perfectly honest. The marijuana dispensary was filled with so many customers plus there was still a line that went far outside of the door, and Friday is the one day of the week when everything in the marijuana dispensary is 25% off. My boss was basically telling me that I could not leave until the line outside was smaller. Unfortunately, getting in line plus the outdoor line did not eventually die down until close to 8:00 p.m. My girlfriend texted me numerous times between 6:00 plus 8:00 but there was nothing that I could do to get out of there at a sooner time. When I called her at 8:00 p.m., she was already at our property. She told me to pick up some takeout plus come back to our place. She easily sounded extremely aggravated plus annoyed on the iphone. I was aware that she was looking forward to having a nice supper out, but I could not leave when my boss was telling me to stay plus help out at the marijuana dispensary.
