There was an weird & weird person walking around the cannabis shop on Friday day, then i asked the person if she needed help with something, however she said no, she browsed every single item & took her time! After 15 or 20 minutes, I asked the customer if there was anything at all that I could help her find.
Again, she said no one this time she looked frustrated that I asked again.
I was simply trying to be helpful. I told the supervisor about the person in the store, because I thought it was undoubtedly weird that she had been there for so long & did not want help finding anything, the supervisor went out into the lobby to talk with the person & she came back to the front after a few minutes. She told me not to be upset with the person that was shopping, because she was there as a mystery customer auditing the cannabis shop. I did not even know that my pal and I had mystery purchasers to audit the shop & I was undoubtedly surprised. I found out that the owner of the marijuana dispensary was having an auditor shop every single one of the local locations to see if there were things that he could do differently. I was glad that the supervisor gave me the information. The whole time I was seeing the person waiting for her to steal something & start running out the door. I had a whole scenario in my mind of the security guard chasing her down in the parking lot, however she wasn’t even there to steal.
