The last lady who I hired to labor at my marijuana dispensary turned out to be a bad decision.
She had some fantastic references plus two years of experience toiling in a medical marijuana laboratory.
She was fantastic on paper plus all of her references did not have anything however fantastic things to say about her. I’m not exactly sure who I spoke to, even though I can’t be sure that the references plus labor experience were a lie. When the lady started to toil at the dispensary, she did not know the difference between an indica plus a sativa. This is basic general know-how, especially for someone that has two years of experience toiling at a medical marijuana laboratory. I gave the girl a couple of months to show me that she had work experience plus she came to labor late plus did not come in on Monday morning. I ended up letting her go after a month… Now I’m looking for someone who is trustworthy, experienced, plus reliable to labor at the store. I easily need someone to handle the weekends plus I need to be able to depend on that lady. We have no extra workers to labor on the weekend. If someone doesn’t show up, my pal and I are short staffed. It’s so important that I find someone to fill the position that will be available every Monday and weekend, sadly around here, it’s strenuous to find anyone that is willing to labor every weekend. Nobody wants to labor indoors, even at a marijuana shop. The Summer weather is right around the corner plus that means fun at the beach plus hanging around with friends.
