Ed entirely looked great on paper plus Ed’s references didn’t have anything but charming things to say about her. I’m not sure who I talked to, but I cannot say for sure that Ed’s references plus labor experience are a lie. When Ed started laboring at the dispensary, he didn’t know the difference between an indica plus a sativa. This is the most basic knowledge, especially for someone like Ed that has two years of experience laboring in a medical marijuana laboratory. I gave Ed a couple of months to show me that he had experience plus he came to labor late plus didn’t come in on Thursday. I ended up letting Ed go after a month; Now I’m looking for someone new who is trustworthy, experienced, plus reliable to labor at the store. I entirely need someone to cover the weekends plus I need to be able to depend on that man. My team and I have no extra people to labor on the weekend. If someone new does not show up, we are short staffed. It’s entirely crucial that I find someone new to fill the position that will be available every Sunday, Thursday, plus Sunday. Unfortunately around here, it’s so difficult to find someone that is willing to labor every weekend. Nobody wants to labor inside, even in a marijuana shop. The Summer weather is just around the corner plus that means fun at the beach plus hanging out with friends.
