The customer kept getting louder & louder

Sunday was a slow morning at the cannabis dispensary, however every one of us had a couple of problems.

Sometime during the day, a customer walked through the door.

The guy was frustrated about a purchase he made a few afternoons previously, and he told the supervisor of the cannabis dispensary that the concentrate product he purchased was awful. The supervisor asked if the customer had the rest of the one gram jar. The customer didn’t have any product, although he was requesting a full refund for the $35 cannabis product. The supervisor tried to tell the customer that every one of us don’t offer refunds unless they have the product in hand. The guy became even more frustrated & annoyed. His voice kept getting louder & louder, at one point he was basically screaming at the supervisor. When the supervisor had enough, she motioned for the security guard to step in & help with the problem. When the security officer entered the situation, the customer changed his entire attitude. He went from frustrated & annoyed to miserable & violent. He tried to punch the security officer & he pushed the supervisor to the ground. The security officer tackled the customer & held him on the ground until the local police could arrive. The supervisor didn’t want to press charges, however the police urged her to file a report. The perpetrator had a record & could have gone back to jail. My boss took pity on the guy, however banned him from the dispensary indefinitely. He won’t ever be allowed back in the store after that outburst.
